Job Description

Leasing role at a LIHTC community handling tours, applications, income verification, certifications, software entry, and resident communication. Requires LIHTC experience and strong documentation accuracy. M-F schedule. Contract-to-hire role through BGSF.

Key Responsibilities

• To greet prospects, provide tours, and communicate community features
• To process applications and ensure full LIHTC file compliance
• To complete income verification, eligibility checks, and certifications
• To enter leads, documentation, and leasing activity into software systems
• To support resident relations, office operations, and follow Fair Housing

Required Skills

• LIHTC leasing or compliance experience
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Onesite, Entrata, etc.)
• Strong accuracy in documentation, files, and eligibility reviews
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work reliably Monday-Friday, 8-5
• Affordable housing or multifamily leasing experience
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with leasing conversions or CRM tools

You will be employed by BGSF, a staffing agency, and placed on assignment at an affordable housing community in Columbus. This is a contract-to-hire role, with strong potential for permanent placement based on performance.
