Key Responsibilities Conduct General Notary or Real Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and biometric identity tools Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required notarial elements
Required Qualifications Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorized state NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent (current - required for Real Estate Signing Agents) Completion of a RON Education Course (non-platform) Valid Digital Certificate from Iden Trust
