What You’ll Do:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll help drive leasing success across Peak's Columbus and Cincinnati portfolios by ensuring our property listings, lead management processes, and marketing reporting are accurate, organized, and effective.

In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to both the Marketing and Operations teams, helping prospective residents find our communities, supporting leasing teams with timely lead delivery, and providing the data and reporting needed to make informed business decisions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of conventional, student, and scattered-site communities.

Where

You’ll Work:

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays host to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities. You may also travel to our Peak Property Group offices and communities across Columbus and Cincinnati, OH occasionally.

What

You’ll Own:
  • Manage property listings and syndication across App Folio, company websites, and ILS platforms, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and optimized for leasing success.
  • Audit listings, marketing feeds, and syndication channels to identify and resolve discrepancies across conventional, student, and scattered-site portfolios.
  • Support lead management processes by helping ensure prospect inquiries are routed appropriately and guest card data remains accurate.
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards related to leasing performance, lead generation, marketing sources, digital advertising, website traffic, and occupancy goals.
  • Support marketing initiatives, property launches, rebrands, acquisitions, and portfolio transitions through listing setup, platform management, and project coordination.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and site teams by providing administrative support, coordinating projects, processing invoices, and helping resolve day-to-day requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and listing performance while supporting leasing and occupancy goals.
  • Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.
What You’ll Bring :
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in multifamily housing, property management, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Experience with App Folio or similar property management software, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Who You Are:
  • A detail-oriented individual. You catch the small discrepancies that matter across dozens of listings and reports. You review data with a discerning eye and proofread your work so it is right the first time.
  • A supportive team player. You work well with site teams and marketing peers, communicate clearly, elevate issues appropriately, and follow through.
  • An organized problem-solver and executor. You get things done on schedule in a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces, addresses, and stakeholders.
