Our company is seeking a Certified General Staff Appraiser with a focus on multifamily properties, ideally with experience in affordable housing. As a key member of our appraisal team, the individual in this role will be responsible for conducting property inspections, analyzing market data, and preparing high-quality appraisal reports. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate valuation principles and methodologies, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Working closely with senior appraisers and management, the Certified General Staff Appraiser will be tasked with completing property valuations accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in real estate appraisal practices, including knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct property inspections and research market data
  • - Prepare appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards
  • - Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and quality of appraisals
  • - Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting property valuations
Job Requirements:
