We believe that if you want to work in real estate, you should learn how to own real estate—not just sell it. That’s why we created an internship program that teaches you real‑world skills investors use every day.

• Deal Sourcing & Lead Generation:
  Cold call and text property owners to uncover off‑market opportunities using Reafco’s proven systems and scripts.
• Investment Analysis:
  Evaluate properties for rentals, flips, and BRRRR strategies; calculate ROI and renovation costs.
• Property Management:
  Shadow leasing, tenant placement, and day-to-day management of active rental properties.
• Renovation Projects:
  Join investor mentors on live property walkthroughs and learn how renovations are budgeted and managed.
• Transactions:
  Assist with contracts, negotiations, and closings while gaining exposure to the full deal cycle.
