Our client seeks an experienced and meticulous Senior Property Valuer to join their thriving team in George . This pivotal role involves conducting thorough and accurate property valuations for a diverse range of assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will play a key role in providing expert advice to clients, financial institutions, and legal firms, ensuring all valuations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.
• Research market trends, comparable sales data, and economic factors influencing property values in George and surrounding areas.
• Prepare detailed and professional property valuation reports , clearly articulating methodologies and conclusions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, developers, and financial institutions to gather necessary information and present findings.
• Ensure all valuations are compliant with relevant legislation, professional standards, and company policies.
• Mentor junior valuers and contribute to the development of best practices within the valuation department.

• Professional qualification in property valuation or a related field (e.g., NQF Level 6 or higher).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Valuer .
• Current registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
• Expertise in various valuation methodologies and proficiency with valuation software.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and client management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the George and broader Western Cape real estate market.
