敷地内にショッピングモールやスポーツができるスペースなども併設した、大型複合施設にてプロパティマネジメントスタッフを募集しています。

入社後、JLLリテールマネジメント株式会社へ出向となります。

• 商業施設のプロパティマネジメント職として全国各地の商業施設へ常駐し、施設のマネジメントに携わって頂きます。
• 地域限定採用強化中（大阪、福岡、仙台、旭川など）
• 施設オーナーへの各種提案、折衝、調整業務
• 施設の資産価値向上施策の立案・実施
• 地域の特性や文化を生かした企画業務
• 施設のリニューアル計画の立案・実施
• テナント誘致・管理（契約管理、レントロール計画・実施など）
• 施設収支計画の立案・実施
• 施設維持管理計画の策定
• 各種プロジェクト進捗管理等のプロジェクトマネジメント
• 施設の販売促進業務
• 施設の収益管理・テナント売上管理

• 事業会社等での実務経験2年以上
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointの基本操作
• 転勤可能であること 地域限定 応相談

• 商業施設での運営管理業務の経験をお持ちの方
• 流通・小売業において店舗開発の経験がある方
• 流通・小売業においてマネジメント経験のある方

• 1ヶ月毎のシフト制（月9～11日休み）
• 労働時間：1日8時間
• 休憩時間：60分
• 時間外労働有無：有

• 通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、選択制確定拠出制度（正社員）

• 入社後はそれぞれの施設に配属後、OJTを実施致します。

• 残業手当
• 転勤に伴う手当

• 全国転勤あり

4,00,0000円～8,500,000円 別途 業績賞与：年一回支給 ジョブレベルと現年収を考慮する
