The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) invites applications for a Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst position in the Design, Implementation, and Evaluation section. A successful applicant will engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting.
Reporting and Analytics Senior Analysts perform mainly technical skill tasks, contribute to project leadership and administration on research and evaluation initiatives; complete work independently on tasks with moderate complexity while assisting or completing advanced complexity tasks with appropriate oversight.
This position is limited in duration to approximately one year, ending on June 30, 2027, the project lifecycle of the Ohio Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence (OhioRISE) evaluation sponsored by the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
Responsibilities- Statistical analysis and reporting of multi-source data including administrative and survey data.
- Creation of technical reports, manuals, and presentation materials.
- Presenting results in a clear format to non-technical audiences.
- Conducting literature searches and reviews, assisting with institutional review board applications and other data governance requests.
- Writing abstracts and manuscripts for conferences and peer‑reviewed publications.
- Assisting with reporting of mixed‑methods and qualitative research.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
- Successful completion of a background check. The selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre‑employment physical including a drug screen.
- Experience with manuscript and/or abstract writing for conferences and peer‑reviewed publications.
- Experience working on behavioral health evaluation projects, particularly children’s and youth mental health services.
- Experience with psychometric data processing and analysis.
- Experience reporting mixed‑methods results.
- Experience creating data visualizations for research reporting.
- Demonstrated usage of R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis.
