Essential Functions- Coordinates and manages research projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets, and collaborates with project team members to identify and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables.
- Conducts literature reviews, data analysis, and other research activities as needed to support project objectives. Prepares project reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to research projects.
- Assists in developing, planning, coordinating, and teaching training sessions for research faculty, staff, and students.

- Able to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision.

- Software skills to prepare presentations, announcements, etc.
- Speaking skills to do presentations.
Two years work experience in a professional position, required.
