Buckeye Bio Launch, a newly established AI‑enabled Center for Therapeutic Discovery and Development in the College of Pharmacy at The Ohio State University, invites applications for the Deans Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellowship in the broad area of Chemical Biology and Drug Discovery.
We seek outstanding early‑career scientists whose research advances fundamental understanding of biological systems while creating new opportunities for therapeutic discovery and development. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in biochemical, biophysical, cellular, structural, and/or proteomic approaches to study target engagement, target validation, molecular recognition, drug action, and protein‑ligand interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in chemistry, chemical biology, biochemistry, biophysics, pharmacology, molecular biology, structural biology, bioengineering, or a closely related field.
Applicants must have completed all requirements for the doctoral degree before beginning the fellowship. Candidates should be no more than five years beyond receipt of their highest terminal degree at the time of application.
