Candidates should have a PhD/MD or equivalent, at least two publications in the last two years, and strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include evaluating manuscripts, providing feedback, and recommending publication decisions. Prior peer review experience is desirable, and knowledge of submission systems is a plus.
