• Design rigorous, advanced chemistry problems to test and benchmark AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, and physical chemistry
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with thorough logical reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems reason more like expert scientists

• Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to critically assess reasoning quality
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with large language models or AI research workflows
• Background spanning multiple chemistry sub‑disciplines
