Biochemist - AI Data TrainerThis is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge of protein folding, metabolic flux, enzyme kinetics, and molecular genetics directly shapes how AI reasons about life science. No AI background required - your scientific expertise is what matters.

- Design Advanced Problems:
Craft challenging, domain-specific biochemistry problems spanning nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, structural biology, and drug-target interactions to rigorously test AI performance. - Create Gold-Standard Solutions:
Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for high-level scientific reasoning in AI systems. - Audit AI Outputs:
Review AI-generated biochemical pathways, molecular structures, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, scientific validity, and safety. - Improve AI Reasoning:
Identify flaws in AI logic - such as incorrect stoichiometry, misapplied stereo chemistry, or faulty enzyme kinetics - and provide structured feedback that improves model performance.
- Hold a PhD (completed or in final stages) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field
- Have strong foundational expertise in areas such as structural biology, enzymology, cellular metabolism, or bioinformatics
- Can communicate complex biological and chemical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
- Bring a high level of attention to detail when evaluating chemical equations, molecular diagrams, and experimental protocols
- No prior AI experience required - we'll get you up to speed
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with computational biochemistry tools such as PyMOL, Alpha Fold, or BLAST
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside world-leading research teams
