Arts and Sciences | Psychology The Research Aide and Interviewer provides entry-level support for laboratory and research activities by assisting with routine tasks, maintaining lab safety and equipment, and supporting experiments as directed. This role performs structured and well-defined assignments under close supervision and relies on established procedures and guidance. This role is primary concerned with task creation, data collection, and basic data curation and analysis.

The Research Aide and Interviewer supports day-to-day research operations while gaining foundational research experience and skills.

** Required Qualifications
*** No prior research experience required.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
* Willingness to learn standard research processes, tools, and safety practices through training and supervision.
* Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
