Study Execution, Data & Compliance
  • Review protocols and study resources to independently solve routine questions and determine next steps.
  • Complete source documentation, EDC entry, regulatory records, and required reports accurately and on time—including same‑day data entry when required.
  • Perform quality‑control checks on study data and source documents.
  • Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, inspections, feasibility questionnaires, pre‑study visits, and site start‑up activities.
  • Collaborate with Investigators, site leadership, sponsors, and colleagues to resolve issues and maintain study quality.
  • Support regulatory‑file maintenance, laboratory supplies, equipment readiness, and other site needs.
What You Bring

  • Experience with participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, study documentation, and data entry.
  • Working knowledge of GCP, SOPs, participant safety, and clinical research compliance expectations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the initiative to consult protocols and available resources before escalating routine questions.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow‑through in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Warm, professional participant communication and the ability to build rapport with a diverse patient population.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health, science, or research‑related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
