** A Brief Overview
** As a Cafe Barista at Safelite's corporate headquarters, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, crafting quality beverages and providing exceptional service to associates, guests, and leadership. You'll help create a welcoming, people-focused café experience that reflects hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.
** This position is for a new cafe that is opening at the Safelite corporate headquarters. The cafe hours of operation are 7am-3:30pm.*
* ** What you will do
*** Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and light food items in accordance with café standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Café Manager.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
* Support internal catering requests and assist with setup for meetings and events as needed.
* Collaborate with the Real Estate team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold Safelite’s service standards.
* Performs other duties as assigned

** What you will need
*** High School Diploma required
* 1-3 years of previous barista and food service experience Required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Dependable, punctual and team oriented
* Friendly and outgoing personality
