Cleans and sanitizes trays, dishes, area equipment, walls, exhaust hoods, floors, and related items following a schedule;
Receives, verifies against order, stores food and supplies, and rotates stock;
Sets up workstation, stocks areas, and serves customers; prepares and portions hot and cold items;
Follows standardized recipes and uses equipment safely (knives, cutters, ovens, steamers);
Takes and records temperatures and enforces food safety standards
