The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, leads and develops a high‑performing service team, and works in close partnership with both front‑of‑house and culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution, impeccable service, and consistent excellence in every detail.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
• Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.

• Experience managing fast‑paced restaurant.
• Leadership experience.
• A great attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast‑paced setting.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, highchairs, booster seats).
• Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
• Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
