Responsible for the set-up, service, and cleanup of all aspects of food service;
Clean and sanitize trays, dishes, area equipment, walls, exhaust hoods, floors, fans, cabinets, freezers, and refrigerators according to schedule;
Receive, verify against order, and properly store food and supplies; rotate stock and notify Purchasing Manager about shortages;
Set up workstation and serve customers in a friendly manner; prepare and portion hot and cold items according to production sheets;
Ensure food quality with safe handling techniques and record temperatures and food safety standards on a schedule
