Smash Shack Burger Company is looking for a dependable, positive, and energetic team member to help oversee daily restaurant operations while delivering a premium experience for every guest. This position prepares high-quality food, supports efficient service, maintains a clean and safe restaurant, follows opening and closing procedures, handles cash accurately, and communicates effectively with coworkers and leadership.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, takes pride in staying organized, and remains welcoming and composed during busy or challenging shifts. Team members must learn our menu and ingredients, make helpful recommendations, follow recipes and timing standards, reduce waste, maintain proper food-preparation levels, and complete assigned operational checklists.

Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant or food-service experience, strong communication and basic math skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position requires extended periods of standing, frequent bending, reaching and twisting, continuous use of hands and arms, and the ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
