Twin Peaks - 1611 Polaris Parkway - Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness.;
Train employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness.;
Oversee scheduling and labor cost objectives; ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.;
Plan and price menu items; establish portion sizes and prepare standard recipe cards for new menu items.;
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures; manage equipment maintenance and sanitation.
