Position: Warehouse Associate
Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in the warehouse and assisting customers with loading/unloading merchandise
• Record all required data when processing a Customer’s pick-up
• Verify merchandise and location in computer records
• Record data when processing a Customer’s pick-up and/or return
• Record the license number and verify vehicle model
• Verify that the customer has no balance and can safely receive merchandise
• Thank the customer for their purchase
• Issues, receives and stores material, supplies and equipment according to established procedures and instructions
• Keeps open communication with management and completes lists, keeping the floor current as directed by Visual Merchandiser
• Maintain a list of Customer pick-ups ensuring every customer is assisted
• Complete warehouse closing checklist to ensure everything is properly closed
• Inspect merchandise received, validate its integrity and accuracy in inventory
• Perform duties in accordance with Company safety rules and operating regulations
• Report any safety violations to management
• Wear proper safety equipment to perform duties according to Company policy
• Verify dock gates are secured with safety chains or shut
• Accept responsibility for safety and security of all Company property
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Maintain records and files in an orderly condition
• Undertake and complete other responsibilities as assigned by store management, including potential assistance with customer deliveries outside of the store
• Support any policy, change, system or work rules the Company implements for this position

• Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to sit/stand for up to a 10 hour shift
