Do you have experience in retail loss prevention and want to work for a company that still believes in apprehending and prosecuting criminals? Our Loss Prevention Department is seeking a full‑time In‑Store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect our stores. Must have previous undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience.

As an LP Agent, your primary focus is undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters and deter shoplifting. The role has no risk management, safety, door‑greeting, alarm, audit, or inventory responsibilities. It is solely focused on discreetly walking the sales floor undercover to apprehend shoplifters.

• One‑week paid vacation after 6 months & two weeks after one year

Starting Range – $22.00 – $23.00 / hour

• Complete incident reports
• Review camera footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

• At least one (1) year of previous undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking
