We are expanding and seeking a Sales Support Assistant to support our Sales Department by helping manage vehicle inventory, lot presentation, and day-to-day operations that keep our dealership running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working around vehicles, and supporting a high-performing sales team.

Previous experience as a Lot Attendant, Lot Porter, Inventory Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred,but were open to training the right candidate who brings a great attitude and strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales Department with daily operational needs
• Assisting with new and used vehicle inventory organization
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, staged, and lot-ready
• Helping with vehicle check-ins, dealer swaps, and transfers
• Managing window stickers, keys, flags, and basic lot organization
• Assisting with vehicle merchandising and photography coordination
• Monitoring inventory movement and assisting with audits
• Helping maintain a clean, professional lot presentation

This is a hands-on support role that directly contributes to the customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Enjoys supporting a team rather than selling directly
• Has experience as a Lot Attendant, Lot Porter, Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or Automotive Support role (preferred)
• Is comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Wants stability with opportunities to grow in the automotive industry

Dealership or automotive experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow processes and work independently
• Manual transmission experience a plus (not required)
