The Candy Spot is a specialty retailer based in Columbus, Ohio, offering a vibrant selection of bulk candy, international sweets, premium chocolates, freeze‑dried treats, and exotic beverages. In addition to retail, we feature interactive in-store activities and custom-made chocolate creations that bring creativity and fun to every visit.

This is a part‑time, on‑site Retail Associate role based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, delivering outstanding customer service, restocking and organizing inventory, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. The Retail Associate will also support in‑store events and help contribute to a positive, vibrant shopping atmosphere.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create positive and engaging customer experiences
• Customer‑focused service mindset and excellent communication skills
• Experience or ability to efficiently manage inventory and handle restocking
• Punctuality, reliability, and a collaborative team‑oriented attitude
• Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems are a plus
