YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Passion for brand standards:
  You are a go-getter in keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom home base:
  You are a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Innovative:
  Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• Teamwork:
  You are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non-stock-related tasks or assist with guests.
• Integrity and safety:
  Safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and strong in priority-setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability: early morning, late evening, weekends.
• You have previous experience in a stock-related role.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
