Job Overview

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a part‑time Supervisor or Team Leader, delivering a brand experience for our customers. The role includes training, sales support, visual merchandising, and team development.

• Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin information.
• Ensure appropriate space management techniques are utilized.
• Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and profitable sales.
• Keep all fixtures fully replenished at all times.
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to develop the business.
• Train sales associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store environment, with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing skills.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale automated systems.
• Strong merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising abilities.

Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Requires vision abilities including close vision and depth perception. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.

Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of four days. Availability does not guarantee scheduling of 30 hours; full availability must be provided.

Hourly wage range: $20.70 to $22.10, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Comprehensive remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated upon offer.
