Compensation
Hourly Wage: $26.5 - $34.5 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewVision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding customers in purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
