Brand Specialist

Beauty Barrage is a full‑service strategic sales management team serving retailers across North America.

The Brand Specialist will support Beauty Barrage’s client brands, achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. The role reports to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive and requires self‑motivation, results orientation, and a passion for the beauty industry. This fluctuating, part‑time position involves a monthly schedule based on brand needs and travel willingness.

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams.
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge.
• Execute interactive product demonstrations.
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses.
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit.

• Minimum 2 years of beauty retail experience.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in‑store retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
• Must be available on weekends.
• Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is polished and professional.
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
