What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the success of our eCommerce accounts—blending analytics, creativity, and strategy to drive results.
- Own the Listing Process – Create, optimize, and manage product listings using automation tools and bulk uploads to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Drive Sales Growth – Partner with Account Managers to execute strategies that increase revenue and expand product assortments.
- Merchandise with Purpose – Collaborate with Merchandisers to build compelling product collections that resonate with customers and align with trends.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance – Conduct daily audits of listings, ensuring accuracy, inventory alignment, and adherence to brand standards.
- Identify Opportunities – Analyze performance data, uncover white space, and recommend new ways to grow each account.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep a pulse on consumer behavior and eCommerce trends to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize product visibility and performance.
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and creative—someone who enjoys solving problems and making a measurable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or account management (apparel or fashion preferred)
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and/or Shopify
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
