About the Retail Sales Representative position

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

This current position could lead into management opportunites depending on preformance over 90 days.

Hours per week are 25-40 hours depending on performance and needs of the store.

• Handling customer issues
• Providing information about products/services
• Informing customers about sales/discounts
• Communicating precisely with customers
• Keeping the store clean and organized
• Run TCG events such as Magic the Gathering (training provided)
• Running the register, inventory, and answering phones
• Repsonding to customer service emails as needed

• Experience as a Sales Representative
• Effective communication skills
• People person nature
• Be comfortable talking to all customers
• High school diploma or certificate in sales
• Must be available both Saturdays and Sundays
• Be organized and enjoy keeping busy
