Merchandiser Lead

• On-site position: will service product in multiple stores and travel between them

• Competitive Wage $18, travel time between accounts is paid
• Retention and/or Referral Bonus after 3 months (see Program Details for eligibility)

• Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule
• Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory

• 6 months–1 year merchandising experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Able to multitask and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor
• Adherence to the company’s attendance policy
• Reliable transportation
• Able to use Movista and/or other company-required systems
• Personal cell phone and mobile device (e.g., iPhone, Android)
• Experience with Word, Excel, the internet, and email

• Employment contingent on background check, 4‑panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance

75% Merchandising

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate guidelines, safely and efficiently replenish product, and may assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines
• Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor; seek prior approval from Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours
• Contact Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday
• Accurately record work hours and other company-related information using designated system
• Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with Supervisor before performing those

25% Team Leadership

• May train Merchandisers on appropriate merchandising techniques
• Back up Supervisor and fill in Supervisor duties; may be assigned to approve payroll and run a variety of reports

• Work with Supervisor to cover all schedule gaps
• Assist with sets and resets
• Train new hires
• Remain up-to-date on all planogram (POG)/flowchart changes
