Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Retail Support
Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches, and ensuring complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines.
Supports the Open Door Policy, participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting coaching and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, logs paperwork, maintains safety, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials, reports unsafe situations, ensures merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, manages quality, and oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, promotes compliance with policies, leads teams, coordinates and executes work assignments, models adaptability, embraces diversity, builds strong relationships, maintains integrity, serves customers, seeks excellence, drives continuous improvement, and uses new technologies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
- Leading a team; supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
