Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses;
Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store;
Ensure 8+ hours of standing/walking, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift/move up to 50 pounds;
Maintain flexible schedule to meet store needs;
Possibly supervise and train store staff
