PT Store Environment Team Member

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards across the store to deliver brand promises.
• Clean floors, dust, mop, and prepare cleaning solutions following approved procedures.
• Deep clean key areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, entry ways, and other high‑traffic zones.
• Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and return items to correct placement.
• Dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Assist with checkout, cash handling, and provide a fast, friendly experience.
• Engage customers in the rewards program and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Support omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Unload trucks, participate in stocking and planogram processes, and support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs, company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Retail and/or cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and approved cleaning chemicals.
• Initiative to seek out and complete cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining positive interactions with team members and customers.

• Remain standing for long periods.
• Move freely throughout the store.
• Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch as needed.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Help customers with BOPIS and SFS processes.
