Job Overview

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, maintaining and changing displays, and ensuring that Mondelez products are highlighted on shelves.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to maintain in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are fully represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Communicate any issues with Mondelēz management and confirm that sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to move products from stock rooms to store floor and stock shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Schedule availability required:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Start time: 06:00AM – 08:00AM.

Kenton, OH. Secondary locations:
Bucyrus, OH;
Marion, OH.

• Hourly rate: $17.50 – $19.50 based on experience.
