Van Delivery Driver at Gordon Food Service Store LLC

Monday through Saturday 7AM-8PM;
Sunday 9AM-6PM

• Deliver products to wholesale customers on time and accurately.
• Operate van safely and professionally, performing daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Assist with store operations before and after completing the route.
• Locate and pick orders in‑store for wholesale customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships and keep customers happy with accurate, timely deliveries.
• Process customer purchases efficiently through the point of sale.
• Ensure security of assets, including cash, checks, and merchandise, by following policies and procedures.
• Receive and merchandise products, ensuring proper rotation and product quality, end‑cap and planogram execution, top stock, freezer and cooler setup, and backroom organization.

• At least one year of previous delivery driving experience (one year in customer service or a related field preferred).
• Unrestricted Standard Operator’s License required.
• Clean driving record with no drug or alcohol offenses in the last five years.
• Minimum age 18.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment checks, including a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Ability to use a two‑wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to provide a letter of support from the management of any Gordon Food Service customer on which the candidate works, if selected for the interview process.
