We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Retail Marketing Specialist to join our local brand management team. You will work directly on the retail floor, acting as the face of our client’s brand to elevate the consumer shopping experience and drive product engagement.

• Brand Representation: Engage daily with retail consumers face-to-face, presenting product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and enthusiastically.
• Campaign Execution: Set up and maintain visual merchandising displays, promotional kiosks, and interactive product demonstration zones.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify opportunities to attract new customers, handle product inquiries, and guide buyers through the onboarding or purchasing process.
• Market Insights: Track daily customer feedback and sales metrics to help optimize local marketing strategies.
