Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview

• Partner with the Store Manager, leading by example through motivation, support, and communication to provide an exceptional lifestyle experience for guests and teammates.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests, consistently role‑modeling key sales and service behaviors and creating an optimal purchase experience.
• Achieve the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes.
• Coach and develop the retail team, promote sales, and encourage internal career growth from thoughtful hiring to clear performance expectations.

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management team supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Natural collaborator with the ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and take initiative in merchandising and presentation adjustments.
• College degree in Business or a related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

• Lift/move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently.
• Climbing ladders occasionally.
• Routine standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Rate range: $20.00 or minimum wage – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and budget.
