Job Overview

Part‑time Team Leader – Easton Town Center, Columbus, Ohio. Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a role model providing a brand experience and training the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, addressing potential issues in line with LEGO policies and procedures with the ASM and SM’s support.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain a well‑organized stockroom and ensure all products are merchandised on the shop floor; achieve loss prevention targets.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
• Enhance profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Assist in ensuring appropriate and effective space management techniques are used.
• Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
• Ensure all fixtures are always replenished.
• Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, finding opportunities to develop our business further.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Empower and develop a high‑performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision and Values.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing experience.
• Proficiency with point of sale automated systems.
• Experience in merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days (the hours of schedule may vary).

Hourly wage range: $20.70 to $22.10, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints.
