Pay Rate$22.00 - 22.86 per hour on W2
EmployerRussell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Retail Merchandise Coordinator to work for one of our well‑recognized retail companies. Prior experience working in the corporate offices of a retail, consumer goods company is desired.
Qualifications- 1-2 years of store operations experience with a retail chain in beauty, fashion, consumer products, etc.
- Experience working with merchandise, inventory management, etc.
- Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects.
- Looking for someone who can handle data‑driven projects within store operations.
- Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management.
- Someone with a customer focus and the ability to collaborate with many levels and functions both internal and external.
- Serves as operations expert on international franchise teams.
- Multi‑tasker, pace, excellent organization, written and verbal communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.
- A bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
