Overview
Sales Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They cultivation strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they work to exceed daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities- Sales and Customer
Experience:
Drive sales by utilizing store data and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store’s overall performance. Deliver a world-class customer experience by listening, asking open-ended questions, and demonstrating product benefits. Seek opportunities to make customers’ day and leave the world Lusher than we found it. - Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values, including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to attract traffic and inspire others to participate.
- Product Passion: Maintain and expand product knowledge through ongoing learning. Stay up-to-date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations.
- Development: Use available resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of personal development, seek feedback, and pursue opportunities to improve.
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication, listen to teammates’ perspectives on DEIB, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and recognize each employee’s contributions.
- Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, present, participate in teamwork, and stay informed about company updates.
- Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
- Stock and Inventory: Follow visuals guidelines and adjust displays in real time based on sales to improve the customer experience.
- Policies and Procedures: Follow company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Easton Town Center Pay
$15 - $15 USD
