Position SummaryAssists management in supervising associates within a designated area by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training & guidance on member service approaches, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Supports the Open Door Policy, participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates. Maintains facility safety, oversees ecommerce operations (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, etc.), audits customer feedback, resolves complaints, and identifies trends to improve service.
Leads associate training and support for ecommerce programs, manages pickup plans, tracks key performance indicators, and implements process improvements. Provides member service, assesses member needs, and assists with technology usage while maintaining inventory presentation and quality controls. Develops and implements processes to meet business goals, ensures ethical compliance, and supports team collaboration and development. Represents company values by fostering diversity, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and coach associates in assigned area and ecommerce programs.
• Assign duties, set and communicate goals, and provide timely feedback.
• Uphold safety standards and conduct safety sweeps; manage hazardous material handling.
• Oversee operations of Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, and other ecommerce programs.
• Resolve customer complaints and cascade unresolved issues to management.
• Audit KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate member service, resolve issues, and promote product knowledge.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, handle returns, and manage shrink.
• Engage in multi‑department collaboration, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support ethical compliance and implement corrective action plans.
• Mentor peers, contribute to team success, and facilitate adaptation to change.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required job‑specific training and assessments within a prescribed timeframe.
