Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and comply with all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability as needed.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

• At least 1 year of retail or related experience.
• Strong team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office programs.
• Ability to constantly walk and move about, using speaking, hearing, visual acuity, depth perception and field of vision.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Base pay $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + benefits (part‑time). Pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience.
