The role supports store leadership by cultivating a store environment that delivers unmatched customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, and shopkeeping.

• Support a sales‑driven environment with high‑quality customer service.
• Deliver product services with attention to detail, such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines.
• Assist the store team with receiving shipments and preparing products for floor placement.
• Plan, track, and communicate all in‑transit shipment information to leadership.
• Maintain an efficient and well‑organized stockroom ensuring accessibility to employees.
• Assist in or lead the restock process to continually maintain store stock levels.
• Demonstrate loss‑prevention awareness through cycle counts and transfers.
• Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge.
• Assist in the maintenance of building facilities.

• Exceptional selling, customer service, and clientele skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity, honesty, and transparency.

• High School Diploma.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Reliable commute to the work location.
• Availability to work 15–20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

• Hourly rate of $16.85/hr, with compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
