Customer Service Representative – part or full time. The role involves taking orders over the phone, handling in‑store orders, and delivering orders to customers. Position requires flexible hours; shifts run from 4‑6pm to 8‑10pm, 3‑4 nights per week.

• Take customer orders accurately via phone and in‑store.
• Process orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring correct items and timing.
• Deliver food to customers’ vehicles in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain a friendly and professional interaction with all customers.
• Assist with basic food preparation and product knowledge after training.
• Support daily store operations and help maintain a clean environment.

• Over 18 years old.
• Clean background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Currently residing near the store location.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
