Meat​/Produce Team Associate

• Provide frontline customer service in deli, bakery, or dry grocery departments.
• Decorate cakes and assist customers with cake orders in the bakery.
• Help customers locate items and ensure shelves are stocked in the dry grocery department.
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves and department, verify temperature controls and product dates, and dispose of lower quality food.
• Pack and display ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food, while keeping the area clean, sanitized and customer‑ready.

• Ability to help customers find products and locate items quickly.
• Knowledge of produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat and other fresh food handling standards.
• Packaging and stocking skills for ready‑to‑sell items.
• Preparedness to serve ready‑to‑eat meals and handle special orders such as cake requests.
• Commitment to keep the work area clean, sanitized, and prepared for customers.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
