Roses - 4691 Morse Centre Drive - Responsibilities:
Maintain an outgoing and enthusiastic rapport with store customers, providing good service and all possible assistance.;
To employ and properly train a qualified Assistant Manager, with the advice and approval of the District Manager.;
To supervise the pricing of all merchandise according to company procedure.;
To finalize/approve/supervise weekly schedules for all store personnel and manage payroll budget with the Assistant Manager.;
To maintain inventory accuracy, keep shelves well stocked, and ensure cleanliness and organization of store areas.
