Supervisor of Merchandising

• Competitive wage of $15 per hour; travel time between accounts paid.
• Retention/Referral bonus after 3 months, eligibility per program details.

• Assigned stores serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule.

Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory.

• General merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional conduct and adherence to the company’s attendance policy.
• Reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to use Movista or other company‑required applications.
• Personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a tablet.
• Proficiency with Word, internet, and email applications.
• Employment contingent on background check, four‑panel drug test (excluding THC), and MVR clearance.

100% Merchandising.

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and corporate standards, safely and efficiently replenishing product, and assembling shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
• Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor. Seek prior approval before working outside scheduled hours.
• Contact Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime.
• Accurately record work hours and other company‑related information using designated applications.
• Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with Supervisor before performing them.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work stores as scheduled.
• Handle all product correctly, including returns.
• Follow planograms, flowcharts, and other merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with Supervisor.
• Develop relationships with store personnel.

• Frequent: bend, squat, stand, walk, climb, kneel, push/pull, handle objects, use fine finger movements, reach above shoulder level.
• Occasional: sit and handle objects with fine dexterity.
• Never: crawl.

• Read/understand instructions, write communications, perform calculations, speak orally, reason, analyze, and other mental tasks as required.

• No exposure to excessive noise, moving machinery, or extreme changes in temperature/humidity.
• No exposure to dust, fumes, gases, radiation, microwave, motorized equipment, or confined quarters.

• Light (up to 25 lbs), moderate (25‑50 lbs), infrequent heavy (over 50 lbs).
