Are you passionate about retail, product strategy, and understanding what drives customer demand? We’re seeking an Assistant Merchant to support seasonal assortment strategies, product development, and merchandising initiatives for a leading fashion brand.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career merchandising professional who is analytical, trend-focused, highly organized, and excited to collaborate across Design, Production, Planning, eCommerce, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams.

• Support seasonal assortment planning, product selection, and style setup
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer insights
• Manage daily merchandising operations including samples, order tracking, meeting preparation, and system updates
  
  Partner cross-functionally to execute assortment strategies and product launches
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reporting to support future seasonal decisions
• Maintain product data accuracy across merchandising systems
• Stay ahead of fashion trends and customer preferences to influence product decisions

• 0–3 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or related discipline preferred
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and retail systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong fashion sense and understanding of market trends
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of retail math and sales performance
• Collaborative communicator who can influence and partner across teams
